Filip is an organizational consultant and psychologist with extensive performance management and business development experience. His approach is informed by the psychological and commercial dimension of organizational life. This translates into connecting organizational performance with the behavioral aspects of people and team dynamics. Formulating research backed hypotheses on the nature of the relationships between behavior and performance, he can design customized interventions using a mix of organizational research and consulting, assessment centers, training and coaching.

Filip is a licensed economist and clinical psychologist. He is currently enrolled in a master’s Program on Organizational Behavior and Counselling Psychology with the University of Bucharest. He is a certified trainer and coach. He holds certifications in world class sales effectiveness methodologies and organizational culture interventions.

In his corporate workshops Filip blends reason with sensibility. He is passionate about using thinking and feeling to understand complex situations and navigate high stake processes or emotionally charged circumstances.
