What we offer

Overview of the main services provided.

Consulting

We keep close to participants and stakeholders to make sure our interventions create real solutions to real business challenges. We use a variety of tools such as focus group, interviews, needs assessment, psychometric survey. All our interventions are paired by consulting.

Training

We build interactive, engaging, hands-on training sessions, that create real awareness and lasting behavioral change. We believe empowerment starts in the training room and it is our job to inspire it beyond.

Coaching

Change happens in the group or on a 1 to 1 level. We drive change as people find it more suitable, through group or individual coaching.

Certification

We are certified trainers in Transactional Analysis, organizational scope. From 2 days intro sessions to full one-year programs, we offer certification in both TA and the instruments we develop based on Transactional Analysis.

Participant Focused

At SAGE, it is important to know the challenges that participants have before meeting them in the training room. Therefore, we set up focus groups, interviews with stakeholders, online needs assessment or psychometric measurements in order to create learning from day 1.

Agile Training

Regarding the structure of the learning journey, we work agile: during the needs analysis and in the sessions, we ask participants about their specific challenges and use them as practice in the learning journeys.

We focus on learning by doing, we connect the needs analysis results to the learning flow and use each session to adjust the next one.

Spaced Learning

We use a mix of interventions, from training or coaching to copyright and branding of the learning journey to create an immersive experience for participants and enhance behavioral change.

We recommend learning journeys with multiple types of interventions extended over a period in order to give participants the right time for deepening learning.

Organizational psychologists

We only use methodologies that we are certified in. Our trainers are organizational psychologists who have experience based on long-term and constant practice.
