On November 27, we invite you to the SAGE event organized in the HR HUB community—an interactive evening where we will have the opportunity to explore Romania’s first Transactional Analysis gameboard applied at an organizational level!
After 2 years of intensely applying transactional analysis concepts in organizations with great results, we have developed a board game inspired by this branch of psychology, fully created by the Indive team. We will therefore explore one of the richest concepts in transactional analysis: the OK/OK matrix developed by Eric Berne, the founder of Transactional Analysis.
We will focus both on the gameplay itself and on understanding the dynamics of this game and how it can drive behavioral change in organizations, as well as in personal or team leadership programs. The game consists of 3 stages, starting from understanding the concept and moving toward applying it to the participant’s reality and improving interpersonal relationships.
We promise you moments of introspection, “aha!” moments, and friendly competition!
What do you need to know about SAGE?
👉🏻 It aims to improve participants’ relational emotional intelligence.
👉🏻 During the game, participants will explore the OK/OK matrix developed by Eric Berne, the founder of Transactional Analysis.
👉🏻 It is an interactive game that guides participants through 3 missions, starting with:
Mission 1 – discovering and understanding the concepts
Mission 2 – understanding how the concept plays out in real-life scenarios
Mission 3 – understanding how the concept can be applied to the participants’ own reality
Mălina Chirea, Senior Trainer & Psychologist
Mălina founded the non-profit organization “Institutul Pentru Fericire” (Institute for Happiness), where she facilitated training sessions, educational campaigns, events, and coaching programs on topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience, well-being, and mindset.
She specializes in Transactional Analysis, Agile HR, Solution Focus, NLP, and Positive Psychology. She is also a Master Trainer within the Association for Talent Development, the largest organization of its kind in the world.

The event is dedicated to HR professionals, L&D specialists, and People Managers. Given the limited number of spots, we will allocate a maximum of 2 people per company to attend the event.

We will meet at HR Hub: UiPath headquarters, 39 Căderea Bastiliei Street (side entrance, not the street entrance).
