A program with real change

We are finishing a development program based on Transactional Analysis drivers, within a retail company with a department of 49 people.

The program was hybrid designer, with offline session to open the intervention and online sessions to focus on each of the 5 drivers, with specific advice and tools that participants could use the following day.

Each focus session was built around understanding the features of each driver, their impact on the individual and on the team productivity.

With an attendance rate of 79%, the program created real need for change in the organisation not just on the individual level, but on the systemic level as well. Therefore a meeting with the department managers and board team has been set and future team norms have been changed in order for team to implement change.
