Impact for the acquisition team

We are at the end of a 5 month journey created for the acquisition team of Strauss Romania, with a program centred on self leadership, team collaboration and constructive communication.

During this program, we have worked with the whole acquisition team and their manager using transactional analysis tools and beyond:

  1. We played SAGE, the relationship board game which was a wonderful opener for the program, with the focus or setting the ground for the next sessions.
  2. We continued with NonViolent Communication inspired sessions, by exploring the Cappuccino method and helping participants understand the mechanisms of constructive communication.
  3. Prior to the third segment, participants received a personalised individual report with the results from their drivers mechanisms – another great tool from Transactional Analysis.
  4. During the last segment, participants explored their driver profile and how it impacts both themselves and their stakeholders (team, colleagues and clients).
  5. The program was resumed with a final conclusion session, a hands-on team plan and 2 coaching sessions for the manager to help with the implementation of change.

With an overall positive feedback of 98% and an attendance rate of 100%, we thank you for the confidence! It was a pleasure!
