Did you ever wonder why sometimes we seem to function effectively in one team and inefficient in another team, while doing the same tasks?

Before discussing communication steps, it is essential we understand “the games” that we usually play, the relationship dynamics that we create and maintain.

If you lead a team, or are an HR professional concerned with seeing brilliant self or other leadership in the teams within your organization, then this event is for you!

So how can we help people work (better) together? What tools do they need in order to have good workplace relationships?

There are numerous dynamics at play at work. A team member must be, at the same time: self leaders, intrapreneurs, while at the same time keeping up with upper leadership, inspiring peers, maintaining motivation, following business objectives and deadlines.

So what are the pieces of the relationship dynamics puzzle? And how does it effect our motivation and performance?

On 23rd of November during our 2 hour online interactive event (11.00-13.00), we are going to tackle this big idea, and some specific, burning ones as well:

  • ️How can we develop an inclusive environment, a team where members embrace and celebrate diversity?
  • How can we have a constructive relationship with team members when something doesn’t go as planned?
  • What makes it difficult for us to set boundaries with stakeholders who, even though are well intended, ask for things that you should not do?
  • What can help us be more confident when we negotiate something: with a client, a peer or even a spouse?
  • ️How can we have both assertiveness, presence, care and be at the same time adapted to peers, team and organization?
