SAGE is a board game with the objective of elevating participants’ relationship emotional intelligence. During SAGE participants will explore the OK – OK concept developed by Eric Berne, the founder of Transactional Analysis.
The game takes participants through 3 missions starting from:
Mission 1 – discovering and understanding the concept.
Mission 2 – understanding how the concept manifests in real life scenario.
Mission 3 – understanding how the concept can be applied in the reality of the participant.
It can be played in teams of 3 to 6 people, on all organizational levels.
SAGE can be personalized to match the challenges in your company:
Mission 1 – Cards from the first mission can be created according to communication challenges in your company, following a Needs Analysis conducted by SAGE psychologists with relevant stakeholders.
Mission 2 – The portrait of a valuable team member can be created based on employee usual challenges in the company.
Mission 3 – Content is created by participants, therefore relevant to the organization reality.
Back to the stakeholders – Participants can take their own OK – OK psychometric test and better understand how they can communicate more efficiently with stakeholders.
