Developed by Eric Berne in the 50s, the leading messages refer to a combination of beliefs, subconscious beliefs that determine a certain pattern of behaviour and a certain style of work.
In stressful situations, the leading messages act compulsively, “leading” our behaviour without us being aware of it.
Complete the self-assessment questionnaire to identify the leading messages that usually determine behaviour in difficult situations.
For each message, give a score between 1 and 9, where 9 means “characterises me to a great extent”, 5 means “partially characterises me”, and 1 “does not characterise me at all”.
