Our next board game, which will be launched later this year, is focused around the concept of drivers from Transactional Analysis.
During this session, participants will explore ways in which they can improve their relation to change and stress.
They will understand their own contribution to difficult task & time planning and relationship dynamics, in a change process.
Participants will explore ways in which they can increase leadership skills, for themselves and their teams. Participants will observe their impact within the team and practice ways to manage time, tasks and build self discipline.
